- Bid & Permit Process
- Answering contractor questions, reviewing and qualifying contractor bids, etc..
- Perform periodic jobsite visits to review construction and answer contractor questions
- Review of shop drawings – including materials submittals
- Facilitate owner directed changes
- Review and approve contractor pay applications
- Perform and prepare a comprehensive punch list walk at the end of construction
